All quotations are calculated from the details you provide: pickup and drop-off postcodes, the items selected from the inventory (priced by volume in cubic metres), access details and distance.

Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Unexpected access issues on the day — for example key delays or flights of stairs not declared in the quote — may incur additional time charges.

Booking terms, including any deposit and how the balance is paid, are confirmed with you in writing before your move. We will never take payment without telling you first.

LW Removals carries Goods in Transit insurance and Public Liability insurance. Items are covered during transit provided they are adequately packed. Fragile items you have packed yourself must be boxed securely.

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be given at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to van and crew availability.

We do not transport illegal substances, hazardous goods, gas canisters, firearms or live animals. Garden and waste clearance is not a service we offer.
