House clearances · Wrexham to Chester
Clearances handled discreetly and with care.
House, probate and estate clearances — carried out with care, at your pace, for one fixed price.
What we clear
Every type of clearance, large or small
Most clearances happen at a difficult time — a bereavement, a house sale, the end of a tenancy. We arrive when we say we will, complete the job to a high standard, and don’t make a difficult week any harder.
Full house clearances
Furniture, appliances, carpets and the contents of every room — cleared before a sale, a new tenancy or handing back the keys.
Probate & estate clearances
Clearing a loved one's home after a bereavement, working at your pace with executors, solicitors and family.
Part clearances
A garage, a loft or a few rooms — a full house clearance is not required to use our service.
Clearance and removal in one visit
Keeping some items and clearing the rest? We move what you are keeping and clear what you are not, in the same visit.
Probate & bereavement
A family home, treated like one
Clearing a parent’s or relative’s house is hard, and it rarely happens to a neat timetable. We work with executors, solicitors and family members, fit around probate timescales, and never rush you into a date.
Tell us what matters — items to look out for, rooms to leave until last, belongings going to different family members — and the team treats the house the way you would want it treated.
Family-run means the people you speak to on the phone are the same people who carry out the work on the day.

Responsible disposal
What happens to the contents
A clearance is not simply about emptying rooms — it is about the right items ending up in the right place.
Set aside for the family
Anything you want to keep — paperwork, photographs, keepsakes, particular pieces of furniture — is set aside first, or moved to wherever it needs to go.
Reused where possible
Furniture and household goods in usable condition are passed on for reuse wherever possible.
The remainder disposed of responsibly
Anything that cannot be kept or reused is removed and disposed of responsibly, and the property is left empty, swept and ready to hand over.
How it works
Three steps, at your pace
Tell us about the property
Call us or send an enquiry. A general idea of the rooms and contents is enough to start — photographs are helpful if a visit is not convenient.
One fixed price, no pressure
We agree a price for the whole job before anything is touched. If you need time to consider it, or to go through the contents first, that is fine.
Cleared discreetly and with care
The team works through the property with care, sets aside anything you have identified, and leaves it empty and tidy.
No pressure, no obligation
Need a property cleared?
Get a price online, or call us to discuss it — whichever is easier. If you are not ready to book a date yet, that is completely fine.
