Is it worth booking a removals company for one item?
Yes. Your item is wrapped, strapped and insured in transit — the same care we give a full house move. And because we price by the cubic metre, a single item is priced as a single item, not as a full removal.
How big is the van?
Our vans have a 15 cubic metre load space — large enough for a one-bed flat in a single trip, with a tail-lift for heavy items.
Can you collect something I've bought online?
Yes. Facebook Marketplace, eBay, auction houses and store collections — give us the collection address and a description of the item and we will handle the rest. We will let you know once it has been collected.
Do you handle stairs and flats?
Yes, regularly. Tell us about stairs, lifts and parking when you build your quote and they are priced in from the start. The price is not renegotiated on the day.
Will the price change on the day?
No. The price you see when you book is the price you pay. Provided the job on the day matches the job you described, the price does not change.
How quickly can you do it?
The booking calendar shows live availability, so you can see the next free date yourself. Small jobs are often scheduled alongside larger moves, so there is usually a date sooner than you might expect.
