How it works
From quote to keys in four steps
Build your quote online
Enter your postcodes and select what you're moving. It takes about two minutes and your price is shown on screen.
Choose your date
The calendar only shows days when a van and team are available, so the date you book is the date we arrive.
We pack, wrap and load
The team arrives, protects everything and loads the van methodically — heavy items at the bottom, fragile items on top.
Unload and set down
Boxes to the correct rooms, beds reassembled, and we don't leave until you're happy with where everything is.
Transparent pricing
Priced by the cubic metre — the price you see is the price you pay
No day rates and no estimates. Every item in your quote has a volume in cubic metres. We total them, which tells us exactly how much van space and team time your move needs. Your price is calculated from that figure alone.

Packing & boxes
Pack it yourself, or leave it to us
Our own branded boxes are designed for stacking in the van. Alternatively, our team can come in a day early and pack the whole house — kitchen cupboards, wardrobes and loft included. Add packing as an extra when you build your quote and it is included in your fixed price.

Common questions before you book
How is the price calculated?
By the cubic metre. Every item you add to your quote has a volume. We total it, and that tells us exactly how much van space and team time your move needs. It's the fairest way to price a move — you pay for exactly what you're moving.
Will the price change on the day?
No. The price you see when you book is the price you pay, provided the list you gave us is the list we move. If you add extra items on the morning of the move, we will price those fairly — but nothing on your original quote will increase.
Do I need to empty drawers and wardrobes?
Light clothing can usually stay in drawers. Anything heavy, breakable or valuable should be removed, and wardrobes travel best empty. If you would prefer not to deal with any of it, add packing to your quote and we will handle it all.
Can you dismantle beds and wardrobes?
Yes. Dismantle and reassemble is one of the extras you can add per item when you build your quote. We bring the tools, dismantle at your current property and reassemble at the new one.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Wrexham and cover Deeside, Mold, Chester, Shrewsbury and everywhere in between, and we regularly travel further afield. Enter your postcodes into the quote and the distance is priced for you.
